Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms are entered into by and between the customer (“You” or “Your”) and Coseytown Flowers LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). The following terms, together with Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, these "Terms and Conditions"), govern Your access to and use of Our online community.

1. Subscription

1.1. Billing - Community access is provided as an auto-renewing subscription-based service. You will be billed at the start of each new billing cycle, either monthly or annually, according to the subscription plan selected.

1.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy - You may cancel your membership at any time via cutomer self-service; however, cancellations made during the active billing period will not receive a partial refund. Membership benefits will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle. For cancellation via an emailed request to [learn @ coseytownflowers.com], please give at least two days notice prior to the start of the new billing cycle to process your cancellation and avoid a new charge.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. Content and materials are the intellectual property of the Company or their respective contributors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without Our explicit written permission or the permission of the respective contributor and owner. 

3. Access and Use

3.1. Access to paid content, services and digital products are provided to the purchaser for their own use, and their redistribution is prohibited.
