Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms are entered into by and between the customer (“You” or “Your”) and Coseytown Flowers LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). The following terms, together with Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, these "Terms and Conditions"), govern Your access to and use of Our online community.

1. Plan Cancellation

1.1. Monthly Subscription - Access to the Community will be provided on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel the subscription and associated future billing at any time with access continued through the end of the current monthly billing period.

1.2. Annual Subscription - Access to the Community will be provided on an annual subscription basis. You may cancel the subscription and associated future billing at any time with access continued through the end of the current annual billing period.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. Content and materials are the intellectual property of the Company or their respective contributors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without Our explicit written permission or the permission of the respective contributor and owner.

3. Access and Use

3.1. Access to paid content, services and digital products are provided to the purchaser for their own use. Redistribution and account sharing are prohibited. Violations may result in termination of access without a refund.
