Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms are entered into by and between the customer (“You” or “Your”) and Coseytown Flowers LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). The following terms, together with Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, these "Terms and Conditions"), govern Your access to and use of Our online courses.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

1.1. We offer a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for online course purchases. To request a refund of Your online course purchase, please contact us via email [learn @ coseytownflowers.com] within 14 days of purchase. No refunds after 14 days.

1.2. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving a request. Course access will be terminated immediately upon processing of a refund. Money-back guarantees are extended to good faith buyers who have not previously refunded the course or offer.

2. Lifetime Access Offers

2.1. Lifetime access offers are defined as access for the duration of the course's availability on Our platform. Should a course be discontinued, We will provide a minimum of 12 months’ notice to actively enrolled students. Should the service or platform be discontinued, We will provide as much notice as is administratively feasible to actively enrolled students.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Content and materials are the intellectual property of the Company or their respective contributors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without Our explicit written permission or the permission of the respective contributor and owner.  

4. Access and Use

4.1. Access to paid content, services and digital products are provided to the purchaser for their own use, and redistribution is prohibited.
